Fever Kart Product Refund Policy

At Fever Kart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.   • Product Type: Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, customized items, digital products, or hygiene-related products) may be non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly listed in the product description on our website.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Some items may not be eligible for a refund, including:

  • Customized Products: Any products that have been personalized or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Digital Products: Any downloadable products, including eBooks, software, or digital content.
  • Health & Hygiene Products: Products such as personal care items, face masks, etc., are non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to Fever Kart's customer support team via email or our online contact form. Provide your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant details or images of the product (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and issue a Return Authorization if your refund request meets the policy criteria.
  3. Return Shipping: For approved refunds, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items to us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
  4. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support Immediately: Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Include clear photos or videos of the damage or defect.
  2. Return or Exchange: Depending on the situation, we will offer either a full refund or an exchange for the defective product. If the product is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds for B2B Purchases

For businesses (B2B customers) who purchase large quantities, the same product refund policy applies. However, due to the nature of bulk orders and customization, we may handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. 6. Processing Time

Once your return has been received, it typically takes 5-7 business days to inspect the returned product and issue a refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, once the product is shipped, you will need to follow the return process to request a refund.
