Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and
issue a Return Authorization if your refund request meets the
policy criteria.
- Return
Shipping: For approved refunds, customers are responsible for the
return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon
arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items
to us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.
- Refund
Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will
process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment
method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5-10
business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on
your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Products

5. Refunds for B2B Purchases
For businesses (B2B customers) who purchase large
quantities, the same product refund policy applies. However, due to the nature
of bulk orders and customization, we may handle refund requests on a

6. Processing Time
Once your return has been received, it typically takes 5-7
business days to inspect the returned product and issue a refund. Refunds
are processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary
depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped,
please contact us immediately. Orders can typically be canceled within 24
hours of placing the order. After this period, once the product is shipped,
you will need to follow the return process to request a refund.
