Fever Kart MLM Business Model Commission Policy
At Fever Kart, we believe in empowering our network of
partners to succeed through a fair, transparent, and rewarding commission
structure. Our MLM eCommerce model is designed to create opportunities for
individuals to earn by both selling high-quality products and building their
network of sales partners.
This policy outlines the details of our commission
structure, eligibility, and payment terms, ensuring that all partners are
equipped to maximize their earning potential.
1. Commission Structure
A. Retail Sales Commission
- Every
Fever Kart partner can earn a commission on the sale of products they
personally sell to customers.
- The
retail sales commission is calculated as a percentage of the product’s
selling price. The percentage will vary based on the product category,
ranging from 10% to 30% per sale.
- Partners
will earn their commission immediately after the sale is confirmed and
payment is processed.
B. Referral/Team Commission
- As
an MLM business, Fever Kart rewards partners who help recruit and build a
team of sales partners.
- Partners
earn a commission from the sales made by their direct recruits (Level 1).
The commission structure for team sales will be as follows:
- Level
1 (Direct recruits): 5% commission on their sales.
- Level
2 (Recruits of direct recruits): 3% commission on their sales.
- Level
3 and beyond: 1% commission on sales made by team members
further down the network.
Note: Commission percentages will depend on the rank
level of the partner within the MLM structure.
C. Rank-Based Incentives
- As
partners progress through Fever Kart’s MLM rank system (based on sales and
team growth), they unlock additional bonuses and commissions. Higher ranks
may be eligible for:
- Increased
commission rates for personal sales.
- Performance
bonuses for reaching sales targets.
- Leadership
bonuses for helping grow their network and mentoring new recruits.
2. Commission Payment Terms
A. Payment Frequency
- Commissions
will be paid on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on
the payment cycle chosen by the partner.
- Payments
will be processed directly to the partner's registered payment account
(bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
B. Commission Holdback
- To
ensure the quality and satisfaction of product sales, Fever Kart may
implement a holdback period of 7-14 days before releasing
commissions for certain high-value products. This holdback period allows
time for returns or disputes to be resolved.
3. Returns and Refunds
- If a
customer returns a product or requests a refund, the corresponding
commission will be deducted from the partner’s earnings. If the return
occurs after the commission payment has been made, the partner may be
required to repay the commission.
- Commissions
will be adjusted on the next payment cycle to reflect any returns or
refunds.
4. Bonus Programs
A. Volume Bonus
- Partners
who meet specific sales volume targets will qualify for volume bonuses,
which are additional commissions based on total sales within a given
period. This encourages higher sales and motivates partners to reach new
milestones.
B. Leadership Bonuses
- Partners
who successfully mentor and train a group of salespeople who meet their
sales targets will earn leadership bonuses. These bonuses increase as the
overall team sales grow and are paid out monthly.
